Upon receipt of payments, letter of credit, or approval of open credit:

• Goods will be shipped from our Brooklyn N.Y. or local public warehouse.
• Shipments are generally in bays, boxes or drums, floor loaded with driver assist. All drivers are responsible for, and required to sign for, proper piece counts.
• Special arrangements for specific loads can be arranged with proper prior notice.
• Shipments requiring special handling (i.e. palatalization or U.P.S.) will be charged a reasonable surcharge for shipping and handling and must be arranged for in advance.
